Our team combined their business and design backgrounds to deliver a website that doesn't just 'look good', but also matches the buyer's journey and delivers business objectives.
We designed infographics, which offer a unique opportunity to present informative insights and data in an engaging format. They lead to unmatched online engagement and spark conversations at networking events.
Research is crucial for preparation of accurate and engaging digital content in emerging green-tech areas. Our team researched and monitored the announcements from the client's niche to ensure that they can respond in real time to breaking news and regulatory changes.
Qflow’s old materials were inconsistent and lacked alignment with their refreshed branding. They also struggled to effectively communicate the value of Qflow’s solutions, making it difficult for the sales team to engage potential clients.
The new materials are cohesive, professional, and fully aligned with Qflow’s refreshed branding. Tailored resources such as PDFs, downloadable case studies, and customer onboarding documents have empowered the sales team, invited brilliant customer feedback and strengthened Qflow’s brand.
Discovery
After Qflow’s rebrand, we met with their marketing team to understand the needs of their key stakeholders, including sales and leadership teams. We reviewed existing assets to find gaps and opportunities. We also researched key industry standards such as PAS 2080. We then scoped out the work by dividing it into categories: refreshing existing resources, conceptualising new materials, and identifying areas requiring deeper research and development from scratch.
Concept development
We used our prior knowledge of the Qflow’s product, audience, and industry to create wireframes and designs. These structured the information and visual elements, ensuring complex information was presented in an accessible and user-friendly format whilst maintaining alignment with Qflow’s objectives and branding.
Collaborative design
We created various tailored materials. These included documents for specific use cases (e.g. National Highways contracts), PDFs showing how Qflow enables customers to meet industry standards like PAS2080, downloadable case studies, and customer onboarding resources. Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders allowed us to adjust and fine-tune the materials to meet the needs of the sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
Implementation
The finalised assets were delivered on a tight timeline, ready for immediate use in marketing campaigns, sales meetings and client engagements. The materials were modern and intuitive, incorporating Qflow’s updated branding and clearly communicating its value proposition by showing how their product addresses customer needs, supports compliance with industry standards, and drives measurable results for its target audiences.
“As a fast-growing startup in the construction technology industry with a strong focus on building a robust marketing infrastructure, it was crucial for us to find a marketing agency that could support our creative design requirements and become an embedded partner and extension of our business. This is exactly what we found in Adopter. Working with Kat, Matt, and their wider team has been exceptional, providing regular in-depth consultations and delivering high-quality work on tight project deadlines.
At the beginning of the year, we underwent a rebrand that required most of our assets to be updated and new assets to be created. Adopter played a crucial role in this project, studying our new brand guidelines and producing high-quality templates that have elevated our external branding and ensured brand consistency. Additionally, the team helped us develop a content strategy, enabling us to maintain consistent external communications with our target audience through strategic messaging and eye-catching designs.
I highly recommend their services to any startup building their marketing infrastructure that requires professional support and exceptional creative design solutions.”
