During each stage of the process, the client was be able to share feedback. This way, we ensured that the work progressed in a way that was best for the client.
To support the delivery of work on a shorter timeline, we fast-tracked and worked on different areas simultaneously.
The website was created to be responsive. Its contents scale to fit the screen size. This ensures they look good and work well on all devices, including smartphones and tablets.
Following the website launch, we onboarded the team members and equipped them with the ability to modify the site. This included adding articles and publications, editing text, or making other minor modifications.
We created the website using 'building blocks' that make it easy to modify, restructure, and expand. This way, the website can scale alongside the company's growth.
We made sure that the website followed SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices to ensure it can be crawled and indexed by search engines (e.g. Google or Bing). We aimed to design it in a way that takes into account the relevant ranking criteria of search engines to support search engine positioning.
The website launched within a month of the project onboarding meeting. Adopter has continued expanding the site as LCM has grown. Search engine impressions grew 354% and search engine clicks grew 203%.

During our work together, Adopter successfully kickstarted our online presence by designing and developing LCM's new website. Thanks to a Growth-Driven Design approach suggested by Matt, the process was quick, efficient and resulted in a great, aesthetic website perfectly matching our brand. After the website's launch, Adopter further expanded it based on our needs, growing it alongside LCM's scaling. At the same time, the website is also set up to allow our team to make changes and modifications when necessary. Dr Natasha Boulding, Co-Founder.
